1.  ACCEPTANCE The order is subject to acceptance by The Company (Max Sound) and when so accepted constitutes a binding contract.

 

2.  DEFINITIONS The Company is Max Sound. The Customer is the person or company placing the original order.

3.  ESTIMATES All estimates are valid for 10 days from the initial enquiry. All estimates are based on the information supplied by The Customer to Max Sound when the estimate was requested.

4.  WAITING TIME After the first half hour of waiting time, subsequent hours or parts of an hour will be charged at £15.00 per hour.

5.  PAYMENT Payment is due on the day of fitting.

6.  TIMING Whilst every effort will be made to meet the wishes of the customer, no responsibility is accepted for any delay from whatever cause arising, and time shall not become of the essence of the contract.

7.  ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE The Company is fully insured and will cover accidental damage to a customer’s vehicle whilst in The Company’s possession. The Company however will not cover unrelated mechanical failure or failure due to wear and tare

8.  UNCOMPLETED WORK In a case where for any reason an order is not completed the company reserve the right to invoice for either the whole of the original estimate (where the customer has failed to meet the provisions of the original contract). Or a percentage of the original estimate based on the work completed.
